Blue Coast Administrative Management

At Blue Coast Property Management, we manage information through our professional staff.

  • Shall attend four HOA BOD meetings and one Annual Meeting. Prepare notices and assist in preparation of agenda. Take follow up action as directed by the BOD
  • Make recommendations for insurance, legal and other services required for the operation of the HOA
  • Assist in maintaining Minute Book, Membership list and other HOA documents
  • Assist in preparation of newsletters, bulletins and distributed to the membership
  • Enfore Master Deed and By-Laws, and rules and regulations
